At Lumen Beyond The Veil, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return, in accordance with EU consumer law. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@passionbeyondtheveil.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened: makeup, skincare, and beauty tools that have been used or unsealed.

Damaged or incorrect items If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@passionbeyondtheveil.com and we'll make it right immediately.
